My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. While the rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable, I was disappointed by the decline in cleanliness and attention to safety protocols compared to my previous visits. The service could have been better, especially in terms of maintaining cleanliness. Despite these drawbacks, the amenities and entertainment options were enjoyable.

The hotel has some highlights such as clean and well-designed rooms, as well as a beautiful pool area that is perfect for relaxation. However, the overall experience was overshadowed by excessive construction noise and issues with service, especially at the dining establishments. The dining options could greatly improve, as they seemed limited and lacking in quality. It's evident that management has challenges to address for a better guest experience.
